Through WooDoo technologies, it is possible to activate a promotional campaign on TriVaGo. WooDoo Online Reception will also appear on the Trivago portal. When enabled on WooDoo Metasearch, you can promote your direct prices, allowing Trivago visitors to book your rooms with the WooDoo Online Reception.

It is unnecessary to make any configuration on WooDoo side (neither to activate nor to deactivate the campaign). The setting is all on Trivago side. A potential client can open your online reception on Trivago website.





Trivago's commercial offers


The cost that WooDoo will charge you is 1€ per reservation coming from Trivago through the WooDoo Booking Engine. Once activated, there are technical times to index the property that can be up to 15 days and, unfortunately, do not depend on WooDoo.

! WARNING: If you use this service, WooDoo Booking Engine must be correctly configured. Rooms, extras and special offers should have names and descriptions translated in the most important languages for your market. In this way, you can take full advantage of the visibility (at international level) provided by Trivago and convert as much as possible the visits coming from this meta searcher into direct reservations.

Trivago Pay Per Stay


From September 2021, it's also possible to use the Trivago Pay Per Stay model, which is already connected with WooDoo!

On the WooDoo side you don't need to do anything, the configuration is on Trivago side only. You only have to indicate WuBook as your provider to Trivago.

Unlike the other commercial offers, the payment of the commission is done on Trivago side, so in WooDoo there will be no commission, not even the 1€.


NOTE: For all Trivago models, it is important that the name and address of the property entered in WooDoo match perfectly with those entered in Trivago, otherwise the connection won't be successful.
