Zak - Estimates

With the new Zak's Online reception you can create a customized mail in response to an estimate request (after a phone call with the guest, email, whatsapp, etc). The section is the following one:

Link ZaK > Online > Estimates

The body of the email contains a link to your Online Reception. You can choose whether to send a generic link to your Online Reception:


or a customized link with a pre-selection of dates, rooms, and occupancy:


At the following section section you can create one or more templates for your estimates

Then, when sending the email, you can choose which message to forward to the customer:

An "R" will appear next to the quotes you have already answered, to distinguish them from those you have yet to answer:
