Zak - Reservation detail

The reservation detail consists of 5 sections:

  • Settings and Customer
  • Admin
  • Rooms
  • Notes
  • Additional services

Settings and Customer

This section shows the main data of the reservation: Name of the customer, Reservation code, Period of stay, Reservation date, Reservation status, Cancellation policy, Guarantee and Voucher:

Within this section you can: quickly locate the reservation on the planner, add the checkin time, change status (e.g. make the reservation from confirmed to cancelled), assign cancellation policy, or completely remove the reservation.


This section deals with booking payments, i.e. it allows access to costs and payments.  The total amount of the reservation and the total paid is clearly marked.

From here you can:

  • Change the room price
  • Change the price of any extras applied to the reservation
  • Change the meals price
  • Record the amount of the tourist tax, if necessary using the relevant functionality

Each ZaK reservation consists of a set of room-stays. Each room has its own time frame, i.e. staying period. From this section you can add or delete rooms for that reservation, as well as modify rooms/periods already present:

For each room-stay the total number of registered guests occupying the room and the occupancy (adults/children) is shown. The room type and the physical room code are shown in the middle. The lock symbol (open or closed) indicates whether the room is locked, so that it is not possible to change rooms for that reservation on the Planner.

In the example above, only one guest is registered on the room-stay even if the room can accommodate 4 Adults and 0 children.  The room type is Quad and the physical room is 101. The room, in this case is not locked.

By clicking on the room-stay you can access a dedicated subsection from which you can take specific actions on different parameters.

You can change the period of stay and occupancy (adults, children), the physical room (moving the stay from one room to another), you can detach the physical room (in this case reservation will become a "pending reservation"), you can remove the room-stay.

On the room-stay you can assign the names of the guests of the room.

From the Rooms section, by clicking on the Customer Registration button, you will access the page where you can enter the personal data of your guests. Just click on the + to add new guests and, on the small pencil to insert/modify the data of guests already registered. From here it is also possible to access the registration card, i.e. a document that contains the data of the registered guest, by clicking on the button in the top right corner.


This section of the details simply allows you to attach a note to the reservation. It useful to save any additional information about the reservation.

This set of services allows several functions:

  • "Credit Card": assign a CC to the reservation or view the CC already inserted
  • "Messaging": send the reservation voucher or other messages to the customer
