ZaK app F.A.Q. - How to cancel a reservation?

With the ZaK app, you can cancel a reservation in a few simple steps! First, click on the PLANNER section at the bottom and search for the reservation you want to modify. Click on top of the reservation, as in the following example:



Once inside, at the top you will find a summary with the guest's name and dates of the reservation:



Drag this section from left to right (or right to left). Many buttons will appear to change its status, including CANCELED. Just click this option to remove the reservation:
