ZaK - Booking Engine: Room Tags

Thanks to the "Room Tags" section, you can make sure that in your Online Reception, when making a reservation, the user will see filters for choosing rooms. For example sea view, balcony, disabled access, etc., as in the following image:

First you need to create the tags that identify your filters and associate them with the specific rooms. For example, I create the tag "Sea View" and associate it with all the rooms with a sea view. Then I create the "Disabled" tag and associate it with all the rooms that have disabled access. I can do this from the following section:

↳ Useful Link: ZaK > Products > Room Tags

Once created the tags to identify your rooms, you can give each one a title and description and translate it into the various languages.

The title will then be visible in the Online Reception during the reservation process.

↳ Useful Link: ZaK > Sales > Contents > Descriptions

At this point, once created the tags and defined their descriptions, you are ready to enable them for the Online Reception!

This should be done on the page we are talking about in this article, which can be reached via the following link:

↳ Useful Link: ZaK > Sales > Online Reception > Room Tags

In the image above, I have enabled the SeaView and Disabled tags, which are in fact green.

I have not enabled the Terrace tag, so it is red and will not be visible in the Online Reception.

Did this solve your problem?
