Cancellation policies can be managed from the section > Products > Policies.

You can create different cancellation policies on ZaK that you can then apply when entering your reservations.
As in the WuBook cancellation policy management, also on ZaK, you can assign your customized text or generate the content automatically.
The text of the "cancellation policies" you create on ZaK will not be sent and will not be available on WuBook (even if the connection with WuBook is active).

To create a policy, you need to choose a name and a type.
Depending on the type of policy selected, you can choose to indicate the minimum advance (nr. of days) to cancel the reservation without a penalty.
You can also set the penalty value as a percentage of the reservation amount. In case you select the custom policy type, a blank field will appear to write your text.

Assigning a Policy when creating the reservation

Zak allows you to create reservations directly from the control panel. It is possible to assign a cancellation policy to the reservation. The policy's text will then appear in the reservation voucher.

In this way, you can inform your guests about a possible penalty in case of "no show" or stay modification without notice..
