In this subsection Revenue Stats you can monitor your reservation and revenue data.
Please note that the data only concern reservations with status Confirmed or Option.
You can access the statistics by clicking on the icon on the top right and then on "Stats":
On the top you can set up various filters that allow you to choose which reservations should be involved in the calculation, based on different criteria.

In the central part of the page, a graph with statistical data is shown, while below data are displayed in numerical tables.
The parameters reported for each day are as follows:
-
Available rooms: number of physical rooms available (not closed) on that period
- Closed rooms: number of physical rooms closed on that period
- Sold rooms: number of occupied physical rooms (with reservations)
- Occupancy rate: percentage ratio of sold rooms to available rooms [(c.sold x 100)/ c.available]
- Rooms Revenue: Revenue generated by the sale of rooms (including VAT and OTA commissions. Excluding extras, meals, city tax) *
- ADR (Average Daily Rate): the average rate of sold rooms (total amount/sold rooms)
- RevPAR (Revenue per Available Room): It's the average rate of rooms for sale (total amount /available rooms)
- Booking window: it describes how far in advance guests book. It is the average number of days between the reservation date and the arrival date.
* NOTE: If you applied a global discount to some reservations, you will still see the amount without the discount in the 'Rooms Revenue' value. If instead you applied a specific discount to one or more rooms, then this will also be reflected in 'Rooms Revenue'. This is because the global discount applies to the whole reservation, not just the rooms.
Finally, in addition to the Revenue Stats there are further subsections that allow you to view data according to different criteria:
