ZaK - Meals Report (OBSOLETE)

The meal report provides information on the total number of meals (Breakfasts, Lunches, Dinners, All-inclusive) to be prepared each day of the current week.

Zak calculates the number of meals according to reservations boards. Total meals are divided according to room occupancy (adults, children, teenagers and babies).

  • A Bed & Breakfast reservation includes breakfast every day (including the day of departure), but not on the day of arrival.
  • A reservation in Half Board includes breakfast every day (including the day of departure), but not on the day of arrival; and it includes dinner every day (including the day of arrival) but not on the day of departure.

  • A Full board reservation has the same breakfasts and dinners as a half board reservation, but it has extra lunches every day (including the day of arrival) but not on the day of departure.

  • An All-inclusive reservation involves the same meals as the full board; in addition the all-inclusive formula is displayed in the report.

Extra meals

It may happen that, although the reservation is Bed & Breakfast, the guest decides to stay for dinner. From the reservation detail, you can add extra meals. In the meal report, you will also find these extra meals entered manually (and occasionally).
