Connecting Acase with the Channel Manager

1 To connect the Acase channel with our Channel Manager WooDoo, it only takes a few simple steps. First, you need to go to WOODOO section, inside WuBook extranet:

On the left you will find the section YOUR CHANNELS to manage your portals/OTA, while in the right column you will find the section AVAILABLE CHANNELS where you can add new booking portals.

2 Click on the + next to AVAILABLE CHANNELS:

A list of all OTAs integrated with WooDoo will appear. Select "Acase" from the list of channels and click on the small orange + next to the channel name:

The Acase Channel will now be added in the column YOUR CHANNELS.

3 Click on "Acase".

A screen will open: enter the required credentials provided by OTA specifically to connect with the Channel Manager.
A window will then open, indicating that the activation is in progress and that the request is being processed.

You will have to wait until the channel is activated. As soon as it is ready for configuration, you will receive an email notification. Now log out and log in from your WuBook account and then return to the channel page (Woodoo-Channels-Acase)

4 Now scroll the screen to the ROOM ASSOCIATION section. Here, associate to each room created with Acase the corresponding WuBook room, and save.
NB: The same room should not be associated more than once.

5 Next to each room, you must associate a WuBook room for each occupancy. If you want to send always the same price for different room occupancies, you can always associate the same room. If you want to send different prices per occupancy, you can create in WuBook some virtual rooms (with price anchorage) and associate them.

6 Once saved, go down to the RESTRICTIONS section. Here you can associate the rate plan and the WuBook restrictions plan.

7 If you wish, in the table SPECIAL ROOM-RATE ATTRIBUTES, you can specify a price for extra beds.

8 Scroll down to the PREFERENCES section and click on Save.
If you want the closures that you set in the WUBOOK RESTRICTIONS plan to always be respected and prevail over any restrictions plan, leave the tick.

9 At this point, the Acase configuration will be completed and in the WOODOO-CHANNELS section you will see the central green icon to the right of the channel name. This means that the channel is correctly configured and active:

ATTENTION: the connection phase is the most delicate phase of the configuration. If, even with this guide, you do not feel confident to proceed, you can ask for assistance from the WuBook staff that will be happy to assist you during the process.

Reconfiguration Guide

Reconfiguring Acase

1 It only takes a few simple steps to reconfigure the Acase channel. First, go to the WOODOO-CHANNELS section and click on "Acase":

2 Leave the page with the current configuration open and open another page where you will proceed with the reconfiguration. This way, you will copy the old mapping, adding only the new room/rate.

Click now on CONFIGURE, and YES, I WANT TO RECONFIGURE THIS CONNECTION:

3 Scroll through the entire screen until you reach the ROOM ASSOCIATION table.
Proceed to associate the WuBook rooms with the corresponding rooms in Acase. If you've added a new room with Acase, you will find it in this table, and you will have to associate it with the corresponding WuBook room.
Once finished, click on SAVE ASSOCIATION.

4 At this point, you will find a second table, in which you will have to specify prices for the different occupancies.
If you have not already done it, you can create in WuBook virtual rooms with different prices according to the occupancy, and associate them in this table.
Once finished, click on SAVE.

5 Scroll the screen again until you reach the RATES ASSOCIATION table.
In the same way as the rooms, you have to associate the rate plans already available on Acase with the rate plans and restriction plans created on WuBook. If you have added a new rate plan with Acase, you will find it in this table, and you will have to associate it with the corresponding WuBook prices and restrictions .
Once finished, click on SAVE.

6 If you wish, in the table SPECIAL ROOM-RATE ATTRIBUTES you can specify a price for extra beds.

7 Scroll down the screen to the PREFERENCES section and click on SAVE.

At this point, Acase reconfiguration is completed. In the WOODOO-CHANNELS section, you will see the green gear next to the Acase channel, which means that the channel is correctly active and configured:
