The Reception section makes it easy to identify the day's arrivals and departures and the guests in the facility. It also gives an overview of the main events. For example, how many reservations you have on offer and on option. Or how many overbookings or stays with room changes have been detected.

At the top, there is a sub-menu that allows you to easily filter your reservations according to arrivals, departures, accommodation and room changes.
Alternatively, if you already know the name of the customer or the reservation code that interests you, you can directly enter it in the box next to it.
For each reservation, you will a summary of all data, such as:
- dates of stay
- whether the reservation is guaranteed or not (red or green shield)
- number of nights
- number of booked rooms
- total number of guests of all rooms in the reservation
- possible unpaid amount in red
- any missing guest data (red icon with exclamation mark)
- physical room booked and guests' names
- booker name and icon to add a tag
To check in and out quickly, you can click on the icon.
To fill in missing guest data, you can click on "Registration Page". Or on "Zoom" to see more details about a reservation. Or on "Invoicing" to issue a document for that reservation:
Arrivals
Arrivals show reservations with check-in today. They will appear with the yellow icon until you check in. Please note that all guests must be registered in order to check in properly. If, for example, the reservation is for a double room, i.e. 2 people, both guests (not just 1) must be registered in the room.
Once checked in guests, the icon will turn grey, which means that you have already performed the action correctly:
In house
Departures
Departures show reservations with check-out today, so they appear with the red icon:
Once checked out, the icon will turn grey, as it does for arrival.
Rooms Switch
Reservations marked with the icon with two red arrows indicate room changes. These are cases in which you have used the Split Room tool and, therefore, one or more guests will have to make a room change today.
For example, Rossi Mario stayed in room mat3 from 30/10 to 02/11. Today, which is 02/11, he will have to change rooms and move to room mat4:
Finally, in the top left-hand corner you will find an overview of all these data broken down by Reservations, Rooms and Guests. In the following example, today 1 out of 2 bookings checked in. 2 out of 2 rooms checked out. 2 out of 6 guests checked in:
