ZaK - Room tags

Physical rooms' tags can be managed in ZaK from the following section:

You can use tags to identify physical rooms that have specific characteristics, even if they belong to different categories.  For example: "with private bathroom", "with terrace", "with sea view". It might be useful to identify all the rooms with a specific tag.

Once assigned a room tag to a physical room, you can search by tag from different sections of the ZaK control panel. The field that allows you to filter by tag is "Rtag" (Room Tag) or "Tags."

For example, on the Planner it is possible to display only the physical rooms having a specific tag:

Also inside the Rack tool, you can filter physical rooms by selecting a tag:

You can also filter rooms by tag in the City Tax report:

Also in other sections where you need to filter rooms you can use this field.

Creating and assigning tags

Assigning a tag to a room is very simple: write the tag's name next to the physical room and press the enter button. The tag's name must consist of a single word, without spaces or punctuation.

Once created a tag, you can assign (or reassign) it to different physical rooms through the section on the right. Just click on the tag name and then on the rooms to which you want to assign the tag (saving is automatic).
