WooDoo - Services subscription

    WooDoo commercial offer is divided into different subscriptions, which can be activated individually according to your needs. For each one, you can view the activation status, the next renewal date and the monthly cost:


    Specifically, there are five services you can subscribe to:


    1. Online Reception (27€/month)


    This is the WuBook booking system that you can install on your website, so that users can book on their own.

    2. Trivago (8€/month)


    A metasearch is a search engine that queries the most important OTAs on the market, compares their rates and combines the results in real time, displaying them in a single view. Through WooDoo technologies, you can activate a promotional campaign on Trivago. This way your website offer will also appear in the comparison displayed on Trivago and, when users book, you will receive the booking directly in your WooDoo control panel.
    The monthly fee also includes the use of WooDoo Booking Engine (only for bookings coming from Trivago).
    To use the service you must first register with Trivago.

    3. Google (8€/month)


    Like Trivago, this metasearch allows you to show your website rates in the comparison of offers displayed on Google. WuBook is a certified Google Partner and allows you to activate the Google Hotel Ads campaign directly from your WooDoo control panel. Again, you will find Google reservations in your control panel.
    The monthly fee also includes the use of WooDoo Booking Engine (only for reservations coming from Google).
    To use the service, you must first register for Google Hotel Ads.
    You must also subscribe to the service if you only want to use Google's Free Booking Link.

    4. TripAdvisor (8€/month)


    Working the same way as Google and Trivago, TripAdvisor not only collects reviews from hotel guests, but also offers a price comparison service, allowing you to show your WooDoo Booking Engine rate. WuBook is a Certified Premium Partner of TripAdvisor and therefore allows users to book at your property.
    The monthly fee also includes the use of the WooDoo Booking Engine (only for bookings coming from TripAdvisor).
    To use the service, you must first register with TripAdvisor.

    5. Whitelabel Standard (8€/month)


    The purpose of this package is to offer maximum freedom in the use and integration of WooDoo. The Whitelabel package, in fact:
    • It is necessary to use the Alien plugin, which allows third-party software to enter reservations into WooDoo. So, for example, it can be used by external Booking Engines. Similarly to Alien, the subscription to this package is necessary to use the new-reservation call of the API.
    • Allows you to manage and customize all the communications addressed to the property, to guests and to the corporate itself.
