WooDoo - Feedback: guest reviews

Allowing the customer visiting your site to read the reviews left by previous guests, increases the effectiveness of your WooDoo Booking Engine.

WooDoo can automatically send an email to your guest immediately after the check-out of his stay, in this way he/she will be able to access a dedicated page  to leave a comment and give a rating to the different qualities of hospitality (for example: The kindness of the staff, the cleanliness of the room, the quality of meals).

The WooDoo Feedbacks system contains a list of pre-configured questions. You can decide which questions to submit to your guests. You can decide whether to publish the received feedbacks or use them only to get information about the strengths (and margins for improvement) of your activity.

Removing feedback

It may happen that a feedback given by the guest is negative or untrue, penalizing the possibility to publish them during the booking process or from the website. It is also true that WooDoo feedbacks would not be reliable if the hotelier could remove all the negative ones leaving only the positive ones. For this reason WooDoo establishes that a feedback can be removed by the hotelier every 8 received.

Feedback Publication

If you decide to publish the feedback received by making it available to visitors to your site, in the online booking reception the button to access the feedback section will appear in each step of the booking process.

You can install the feedback widget directly on your website. The user visiting your site will find the average values of the ratings left by previous guests. They will be able to access the page that shows the feedback without having to open the online reception. Your Web master will find the source code of the widget on the same page where it also finds the code for the installation of the booking widget.
