If you manage multiple properties and have a website from which you want to promote them all, you can set up a booking system that involves all your properties. You can create a booking widget where the user can enter arrival date and number of nights (or departure date).
When creating the widget you will have to insert the list of lcodes of all the properties you want to be involved in the search. The widget will make a "call" to WuBook, sending not only the arrival date and the number of nights, but also the list of lcodes. This call will not open the online booking reception of a property, but it will return the list of the properties of your group that have at least one room available in the requested period (excluding those that do not have available rooms).
☞ Docs: Online Reception
For each property returned from the call, you will have its lcode (which will allow you to create the booking button for that property), but you will also show the prices per occupancy. This creates an intermediate booking step where the customer can choose the accommodation he/she prefers.
@ Web: Doc about booking button
The lcode of each structure can be accessed from the WuBook control panel in the section below:
↳ Useful Link: Auth Factory > WuBook/WooDoo > Online Reception > Your Site
This feature is included in the fee for the Booking Engine WooDoo, you can use this technology for free. The positioning of the widget is a job for your web master who can use our technical documentation.
Adding information
If you want to present a screen to show the name of the property, an image, and other data of the individual property, you will need to enter this data into your database. By querying your database with the list of lcodes that WooDOo will provide you, you can get all the information you want to show.
