At the end of each quarter, Zak automatically saves the prices of the past and future quarters for all your rates. You can check at any time the prices you have set in the past. You can access the report by clicking on the icon on the top right and then on "Rates History":

Automatic Report
For each Quarter of each year, ZaK automatically generates two reports:
- the first one is built the first day of the Quarter, before the Quarter beginning
- the second one is generated for the same Quarter, after that the Quarter is
finished
A single report consists of a compressed file (.zip) containing one file (csv) for each of your ZaK Rates. Each single csv file contains the prices of the individual products for each day of the quarter, and it can be easily opened from MS Office.
Manual and custom report
You can also force the rates storage at any time, by clicking on GENERATE REPORT at "Manual Report" section:
You can choose among two options:
- Current Quarter: a report for the current quarter will be generated and saved
- Custom range: here you can choose the time range for which generating the report and saving your prices. Example:
