With the ZaK app, you can record guest personal data from your smartphone! Simply click on the PLANNER section at the bottom, and then click on a reservation, as in the following example:
Once inside the reservation, click on the guest name, as shown in the image below:
We remind you that it is possible to access to the reservation (or directly to the guest card) also from the MOVEMENTS section or from the HOME section.
By clicking on the guest's name, you will be redirected to his Registration Form, consisting of 4 subsections - General, IDS, Billing and Notes - where you can enter all his data.
In case the guest has Passport or Electronic Identity Card, you can click on the yellow icon in the bottom right corner to scan the documents through your device's camera:
