ZaK F.A.Q. - How to make a group reservation?

On ZaK, you can quickly and easily enter a group reservation using YouBook.

You can access YouBook either from the Reservations>YouBook section or from the Planner, by entering a reservation and clicking on YOUBOOK.

Here, in the Available Products section you can select the dates and the product. If you need to create a reservation with more rooms - for a group, for example - you have the possibility to add more products, by selecting them one by one.

Alternatively, ZaK offers a specific option to create group reservations:

After selecting the dates and the specific button, ZaK shows you all available products for each room type.
You can add the products by clicking on the arrow next to each room type and then choosing the physical rooms (otherwise the reservation will be pending).

The number of physical rooms added will be displayed in a green box. If you have made a mistake, you can remove them by clicking on the "-".

In case you add more physical rooms than you actually have, you will see the number of added rooms in a purple (instead of green) box and, on the left, a negative number indicating the number of overbooked rooms. In the example below, I only have 2 available Standard rooms, but I added 4, this is why I see -2:

This is the fastest and most specific solution for creating group reservations.

We also remind you that when you enter a group reservation, you can already define the setup of each room. Just click on the small pencil next to the rooms you have added and choose your preferred setups:

What if I have already created a reservation?

Don't worry: if you have already created a reservation and you need to add more rooms, you can do it at any time by accessing the reservation details. In the "ROOMS" section you can click on the + and choose a new period/room:

You will be required to enter the price and occupancy of the room you are adding. Once saved, you'll see all the rooms assigned to that reservation, as in the image below:
