WB Knowledge Base - ZaK - Sef Configuration (Portugal)

The configuration of this functionality allows you to generate the Sef report, necessary for Portuguese Police Department. To use it, you must have subscribed to the PII Package (you will automatically get a 15-day free trial) at the following link:

After subscribing to the package, the specific plugin must be acquired in the following section:

Once added, you need to click on it and proceed to the setup by entering all requested data. These data are directly provided by Sef, so if you have any doubts please contact them directly in order to to be sure that the data you are entering in ZaK are correct!

Multi Property Configuration

If in ZaK you manage rooms/apartments of more properties registered separately on Sef, you need to create different reports. You have to group the physical rooms that are part of the same property through a room tag. If, for example, in your ZaK you have the rooms of two properties (Mountain Hotel and Sea Hotel) you have to create two tags ("mountain" and "sea") and assign them to the specific rooms.

Inside Sef configuration page, you can then enable the MULTI PROPERTY button and choose the two tags. You can then configure each tag by entering its credentials. In this way, both the configuration and the production of the file will be divided by property.
