ZaK - zCrm: Estimates

In this section you will find a list of all the estimates you have generated from your customers' requests. You will also find the estimates you have created manually using the "NEW ESTIMATE" button. The section can be reached from the following menu:

Estimates list


You will immediately see the list of estimates, with all the related information for each one:

  • : status of the estimate (: archived; : sent via email to customer; : new unread customer's message; dash: not archived)
  • Id: number of the estimate (each estimate has its own number)
  • Origin: where the estimate comes from (Online Reception, Mini Site or entered by you)
  • N. Proposals: how many proposals there are within that estimate, i.e. how many room/date combinations the customer can choose from. By clicking on it, you can also view the details of each proposal.
  • Customer: guest's name and surname
  • Creation Date: date in which you created the estimate
  • Sent Date: date in which you sent the estimate to the customer via email
  • Received Message: date on which you received the last message from the customer (from the estimate page)
  • Expiration Date: the expiry date you set for this estimate. If you have not set it, the expiry date will automatically be the check-in date.
  • Remarks: hovering over the sheet icon with the mouse, you will see the message you sent to the customer
  • Estimate Viewed: if there is a green dot, it means that the customer has viewed the estimate
  • Amount: total price of the estimate
  • Actions: here you can perform various actions, i.e. manage estimate, archive it, open the guest page or delete it.

Filter


At the top you can filter your search by typing the customer's name. Or you can filter by estimate status (unsent estimate, unread messages, sold) or by customer view (viewed or not viewed).

If you click on "Advanced Search" you will find more filters:
  • Creation Date: date in which you created the estimate
  • Sent Date: date in which you sent the estimate to the customer by email
  • Expiring Date: date on which the estimate expires, according to the expiry date you chose during creation
If instead you want to see Archived Estimates, you need to enable the specific button.

Actions


In the actions column, in addition to archive or delete an estimate, you have two other possibilities:


1. Manage the estimate


By clicking on this option, you will be redirected to the page dedicated to that estimate. Here you can see the specific data (including customer messages) or make changes. In the following documentation, you will find more information on the estimate details and messages:



2. Open the guest page


By clicking on this option, you will get a preview of how the customer will see the estimate. You will find more information on the guest page in the following documentation:
