Connecting Xenia with the Channel Manager

1. To connect the Xenia channel with our Channel Manager WooDoo, it only takes a few simple steps. First, you need to go to WOODOO section, inside the WuBook extranet:

On the left, you will find the section YOUR CHANNELS to manage your portals/OTA, while on the right, there will be the section CHANNELS AVAILABLE, the menu where you can add new booking portals.

2. Click on the + next to AVAILABLE CHANNELS:

A list of all OTAs integrated with WooDoo will appear. Select Xenia from the list of channels and click on the small orange + next to the channel name:

The Xenia Channel will now be added in the section YOUR CHANNELS.

3. Click on "Xenia".

A screen will open: enter the required credentials provided by the OTA.

Now log out and login from your WuBook account, and then return to the channel page (Woodoo-Channels-Xenia).

Click now on CONFIGURE and YES, I WANT TO RECONFIGURE THIS CONNECTION.

4. Now scroll down the page to the ROOMS ASSOCIATION section. Here, you need to map each room created on Xenia with the corresponding WuBook room. Click on Save.

NB: The same room should not be mapped more than once in this table.

5. Once saved, go down to the RESTRICTIONS section. Here you can map the rate plans and the WuBook restriction plans to sell on Xenia.

6. Scroll down to the PREFERENCES section and click on Save.

If you want the closures you set in the WUBOOK RESTRICTIONS plan always to be respected and prevail over any restriction plan, leave the tick.

7. At this point, Xenia configuration will be completed and in WOODOO-CHANNELS section you will see the green central icon on the right of the channel. This means that the channel is correctly configured and active:

ATTENTION: the connection phase is the most delicate phase of the configuration. If, even with this guide, you do not feel confident to proceed, you can ask for assistance from the WuBook staff that will be happy to assist you during the process.

Reconfiguring Xenia

1. To reconfigure the Xenia channel, it takes just a few simple steps.

First, you need to go to WOODOO > CHANNELS section and click on "Xenia":

2 Leave the page with the current configuration open and open another page where you will proceed with the reconfiguration. This way, you will copy the old mapping, adding only the new room/rate.

Click now on CONFIGURE, and YES, I WANT TO RECONFIGURE THIS CONNECTION:

3. Scroll down the entire screen until you reach the ROOMS ASSOCIATION table.
Proceed to map the WuBook rooms with the corresponding rooms in Xenia.

If you added a new room on Xenia, you will find it in this table and you will have to associate it with the corresponding WuBook room.
Once finished, click on SAVE.

4. Scroll through the screen again until you reach the RATES ASSOCIATION table.
In the same way of the rooms, now you need to associate the rate plans already available on Xenia with the rate plans and restriction plans created on WuBook.

If you added a new rate plan with Xenia, you will find it in this table and you will have to associate it with the corresponding price list and restrictions list WuBook.
Once finished, click on SAVE.

5. Scroll down the screen to the PREFERENCES section and click on SAVE.

At this point, the reconfiguration of Xenia will be completed, and in the WOODOO > CHANNELS section you will see the green gear next to the channel name. This means that the channel is correctly active and configured:
