Connecting Ixpira with the Channel Manager

1 To connect the Ixpira channel with our Channel Manager WooDoo, it only takes a few simple steps. First, you need to go to the WOODOO section, inside the WuBook extranet:

In the left column you will find the section YOUR CHANNELS to manage your OTA portals. On the right column there's a list of AVAILABLE CHANNELS where you can add new channels.

2 Click on the + next to AVAILABLE CHANNELS:

A list of all the OTAs integrated with WooDoo and potentially connectable to our Channel Manager will appear. Select Ixpira from the list of channels and click on the small orange + next to the name:

The Ixpira Channel will now be added in the column YOUR CHANNELS.

3 Click on "Ixpira".

A page will open: enter the required credentials provided by the OTA for the connection with the Channel Manager.
Now log out and login from your WuBook account, and then return to the channel page (Woodoo-Channels-Ixpira).
Click now on CONFIGURE and YES, I WANT TO RECONFIGURE THIS CONNECTION.

4 Scroll down the page to the ROOMS ASSOCIATION section. Here, you have to associate to each room created with Ixpira the corresponding WuBook room.
Then click on save.

NB: The same room should not be associated more than once in this table.

5 Once saved, go down to the RESTRICTIONS section. Here you can associate the rate plan and the WuBook restrictions plan to sell on Ixpira.

6 Scroll down to the PREFERENCES section and click on Save. If you want the closures you set in the WUBOOK RESTRICTIONS plan to always be honored and take priority over any restrictions plan, leave the tick.

7 At this point, the Ixpira configuration will be completed and in the WOODOO-CHANNELS section you will see the central green icon next to the channel. Now the channel is correctly configured and active:

ATTENTION: the connection phase is the most delicate phase of the configuration. If even with this guide you do not feel confident to proceed, you can ask for assistance to the WuBook staff that will be happy to assist you during the process.

Reconfiguring Ixpira

1. To reconfigure the Ixpira channel, you need to follow a few simple steps.

First, go to the section WOODOO > CHANNELS and click on Ixpira:

2. Leave the page with the current configuration open, and open another one for reconfiguration. This way you will be able to copy the old mapping, adding only the new room/rate.

Click now on CONFIGURE and YES, I WANT TO RECONFIGURE THIS CONNECTION:

3 Scroll through the entire screen until you reach the ROOM ASSOCIATION table.
Proceed associating the WuBook rooms with the corresponding rooms in Ixpira.
If you added a new room with Ixpira, you will find it in this table and you will have to associate it with the corresponding WuBook room.
Once finished, click on SAVE.

4. Scroll through the screen again until you reach the RATES ASSOCIATION table.
In the same way of the rooms, now you must associate the rate plans already available on Ixpira with the rate and restriction plans you've created on WuBook.

If you added a new rate plan with Ixpira, you will find it in this table and you will have to associate it with the corresponding Wubook price and restrictions list.
Once done, click on SAVE.

5. Finally, scroll down the screen to the PREFERENCES section and click on SAVE.

At this point, the Ixpira reconfiguration will be completed and in the WOODOO-CHANNELS section you will see the central green icon next to the channel. Now the channel is correctly configured and active:
