The Channel Manager messaging provides a unified interface for managing communications with guests from third-party reservation platforms, particularly Airbnb and Booking.com.
This system allows for simplified access and messaging for each channel.

Channels integration
Currently supports:- Airbnb
- Booking.com
- Additional channels may be added in the future depending on platform compatibility and demand.
Interface overview
The left panel shows a list of Vacation Rental properties, divided by city, which are mapped via the Channel Manager and have the messaging feature enabled.
When selecting an accommodation, all available channels
(Airbnb, Booking, etc.) connected to it are displayed, and users can
choose a specific connection to view and manage messages.
This feature is very useful for all properties listed on multiple platforms, allowing you to better manage your message flow.
Messaging features
Once
you have selected an accommodation and the channel you are interested
in, a list of conversations with customers for that channel will appear
in the central section of the page.
- View and respond to guest messages by channel in a dedicated view
- Channel-specific formatting and features are preserved (e.g., Airbnb thread layout)
This feature ensures that communication with guests remains professional, timely, and organized across multiple platforms from within the Vacation Rental system.
