WB Knowledge Base - Make a deposit (pre-buy services)

In the following section you can pre buy your services, you can make a deposit, by clicking on the specific button on the top right:

Or you can reach the same section even from the following menu, by clicking on the MAKE A DEPOSIT button on the top right:

Now choose the amount you want to enter as a deposit and below you will see the amount you will receive. Indeed:

if you place at least 250€, we'll give you an extra 6%
if you deposit at least 500€, we'll give you an extra 10%
if you place at least 1000€, we will give you an extra 15%

Once purchased a deposit, all costs that will generate over time (shown in "Current Balance" column) will be deducted from your credit. This way no payable transactions will be generated until your credit is exhausted.

! ATTENTION: The credit is related to the single property. If you manage several properties from a single account, please note that a credit will cover the debts generated by the services of a single property. If necessary, you can buy several credits for the different properties you manage.

! ATTENTION: If you had transactions to be paid generated before making the deposit, these won't be charged from your deposit. You will have to do this manually by clicking on "PAY NOW" and choosing "USE YOUR CREDIT" to pay them.

However, if the transaction to be paid is higher than the deposit entered, it will not be possible to use the deposit. Payment must be made by bank transfer or credit card.
