Dashboard is the home page whenever you access the PMS ZaK. It was created as a summary page where you can view a set of information and alerts about your activity. The sections that make it up are:

Arrivals, Departures, In-House
These subsections provide at a glance information about the current day's reservations. You can see bookings for today's arrival (check-in), departure (check-out), and those in the facility.
Reservations show the name of the booking customer, board (e.g. "room only") and the reservation code. By clicking on it, you can access the Reservation detail.

Deserving attention
This is a set of notices concerning the current date.
In this section you can check if there are any cleaning task to do (in case you use broom paper), if there are pending reservations in the following days; if there are overbooking or reservations with room change, no-show reservations;... and more.
Moreover, if it is the birthday of one of the guests who are in-house (therefore already marked as arrived), ZaK detects it and notifies you here! In this way, if you wish, you can give them a special welcome!
By clicking on each single entry you will be taken to the ZaK page related to that alert.

This subsection shows the latest reservations received.
News
The section shows updates and the latest news published in our Forum, where we receive comments and proposals.

Quick Menu
At the bottom of each section of ZaK, you will find a quick menu that allows you to speed up your work.
At any time, you have at your disposal a practical description of the page you are in and a link to the online documentation (Inline help).
The Bookmark functionality allows you to save your favorite ZaK pages and then have quick access to them using the vertical menu icon on the right.
You can also add "Daily remarks" that are always visible throughout Zak and just a click away! Choose the day, and if you have enabled the ZaK Team automatically the name of the user logged in at that moment will appear. At this point write the text of the note and save it.
