Reservation detail

The details of each reservation can be accessed by clicking on the reservation code. This code is formed by the initials of the 'booking' customer, followed by a 4-digit progressive number.


You can display the reservation codes and then access their details from different sections of Zak. We list them below

The reservation detail consists of 5 sections:

  • Settings and Customer
  • Admin
  • Rooms
  • Note
  • Additional services

Settings and Customer

This section shows the main data of a reservation: Name of the booking customer, Reservation code, Period of stay, Date of booking, Reservation status.

Through this section you can: quickly locate the reservation on the planner, add the checkin time, change status (e.g. make the reservation from confirmed to cancelled), assign a cancellation policy, finally remove the reservation completely.


This section deals with booking accounting, i.e. it allows access to costs and payments.  The total amount of the reservation and the total paid is clearly marked.

From here you can:

  • Change the room price
  • Change the price of any extras applied to the reservation
  • Change the meals price
  • Record the amount of the tourist tax, if necessary using the relevant functionality

  • Make the payment of the reservation through a gateway with the credit card issued by the customer.


Each reservation in ZaK consists of a set of room-stays. These are rooms associated with corresponding time periods (arrival, departure) in which the room is occupied by a stay. From this section you can add end delete room-stays and you can act on each room-stay:

For each room-stay the total number of registered guests occupying the room and occupancy (adults, children) are shown on the top left.

In the central part you can see the room category and possibly the physical room code (if the room-stay is NOT pending).

At the top right, the padlock symbol (open or closed) indicates whether the room is locked so that it will not be possible to move those guests to another room.

In the example above, only one guest is registered on the room-stay even if the room can accommodate 4 Adults and 0 children.  The room type is Quad and the physical room is 101. The room, in this case is not locked.

By clicking on the room-stay you can access a dedicated subsection from which you can take specific actions on different parameters.

You can change the period of stay and occupancy (adults, children), the physical room (moving the stay from one room to another), you can detach the physical room (in this case reservation will become a "pending reservation"), you can remove the room-stay.

On the room-stay you can assign the names of the guests of the room.

From the > Rooms section, by clicking on > Customer Registration, you will access a page where you can enter the customer data. It is also possible to obtain a registration card, i.e. a document containing the data of the registered customer.


This section of the details simply allows you to attach a note to the reservation. It useful to save any additional information about the reservation.

Additional services

This set of services allows different functions:

  • Assign a Credit Card to the reservation
  • Send the customer the voucher and the link to check in online
