ZaK - Rack

Through this tool you can check the status and "bookability" of your physical rooms, every day. For example, if you are on the phone with a customer who would like to book a room, you can use the Rack tool to choose, among the available rooms, the most suitable one

Our idea is to symbolize a reception key locker, which allows you to display at a glance the occupied and free rooms.

Through the first box on the top left, you can choose a date for which to check if each room is occupied (and for how long), if you have a check-in, a check-out, if it is free (for how many more days), if it is clean, etc.

Next to the date box, you will find other boxes to set some search filters according to your needs:

- you can filter by status, choosing whether to display rooms in check-in, in check-out or with customers in the property.
- you can filter by availability, based on the number of nights you need the room you are looking for. For example, you may have a customer on the phone who is looking for a room for 5 nights.
- you can filter by room type, e.g. if you are talking to a customer who will be staying alone, you will probably need a single or double room.
- finally, you can filter by the tags that you have assigned to your rooms.

Add a new reservation from the Rack

Once found the room best suited to your needs, you have the possibility to enter the reservation directly from the Rack. All you have to do is click on the box of the chosen room and then on NEW RESERVATION:

Now a window will open to enter a new reservation (fast or with YouBook), this is the same window that opens when you enter a reservation from the Planner:

Finally, we would like to remind you that, by clicking on the Information i in the top right-hand corner, you can view the legend of the icons in the Rack at any time:
