This section provides an overview of the number of customers on your archive, their average age and the main countries of origin.

In the example above, 47% of my customers come from Italy, 46% do not have the country indicated and 6% come from other countries.
You will also find the tags you have assigned to your customers and, for each one, how many customers are associated with it. In the image above, I have 1 customer with the tag "Business" and one tagged as "Vip".
Guest tags can be created, edited or deleted from the following section. You also have the specific documentation about that:

Finally, on the left side of the page you can register new guests and store them in your archive. In this way, if they stay in your property, you can easily call them up while you are creating the reservation and ZaK will automatically fill in all their data!
