From Zak control panel, you can quickly search a customer using the search field on the top right, next to your account code:
You can digit the guest's name/surname or the reservation code, and then click the ENTER button on your keyboard.
Customers search page
In the Customers menu you will find a section dedicated to the search of guests details, where you can use advanced filters to get very specific lists, for example according to the period or the Agency associated with the reservation.

Above, there are 3 possibilities:
- a search band in which you can enter the customer's name or the reservation code, if you already know what to search for:
- the FILTERS button, to filter your search by setting parameters such as dates, agency/corporate, reservation code, customer tag, etc:

- the EXPORT button, to export the data in a CSV file, choosing whether to export the results of the search just performed or the advanced data:
If you do not select any filters, the system will show you all customers. Otherwise, they will be displayed according to the filters
you set and the following information will be shown for each one:
- booker's name
- booker's email
- booker's phone number
- reservation code
- dates of the stay (arrival and departure)
- date on which the reservation was made
- agency or corporate associated with the reservation, if any
