ZaK - Balance (paid/unpaid)

    ZaK allows you to record multiple payments for the same reservation. If you wish, you can also record partial payments (e.g., an advance payment).  Therefore, it is essential to know the exact situation of your payments and whether they have been paid in full.

    This section allows you to quickly identify payments that have not been settled and monitor their status. Below is a quick link to the interface:

    The table shows reservations with code, client, booker, dates, cost of services (divided by rooms, others, and total), scheduled payments, and unpaid amount. As soon as you access the page you immediately see the unpaid reservations for the first quarter of the current year.

    By clicking on the “COLUMNS” button in the upper right-hand corner, you can select the table's columns to display. The image below shows the available filters, accessible from the top section of the page.
