ZaK - PII Generic Report

    The Generic Report is useful for all those countries which ZaK does not offer a specific report. It only includes arrivals (not departures). Besides, inside the plugin it is possible to define further details regarding the file that will be generated.


    In order to generate reports, you must have subscribed to the PII package and configured the appropriate section:


    Once set up, you can download the file from the specific section you can reach it by clicking on the icon   on the top right and then on "Pii":



    Here you only have to enter the date for which you want to generate the report and then click on REFRESH. ZaK will now show you the guests ready for sending and you can click on MAKE in the "Send Area":




    And then on "CHECK STATUS":




    You'll find now the "EXPORT" button to download the report, save it in your computer and upload it manually on the Portal:
