This section allows you to keep an eye on all your reservations and related events, so you never miss a thing! For example, at a glance from here you can see overbookings, offers/options, discontinuous stays, no-show, etc. You can access it from the following link:
↳ Useful Link: ZaK > Reservations > Overview
As you can see in the image, here you will find a box dedicated to each possible case. You just need to click on it to see more details about the reservations involved. Let's see them together!
1. Latest Events
It shows how many reservations you have received most recently, including the number of new reservations and changes. These are the same reservations that you also see in the Dashboard, in the "Latest Reservation Events" section. By clicking on the box, you will be redirected to the specific page with the full list of reservations.
2. Pending
It indicates how many reservations you have in pending, so reservations with an assigned room type, but not a specific physical room.

3. Options And Offers
It indicates how many reservations you have with option or offer status. Please note that option reservations are reservations affecting availability and they are visible in the Planner with an orange outline. Offer reservations, on the other hand, are not visible in the Planner and do not affect availability. Both option and offer reservations can be used to generate quotes.

4. Cancellations
This box simply indicates the amount of recent cancellations and you can click on it to view the full list.

5. Discontinuous Stays
Here you can see the number of discontinuous stays, so those reservations for which there is availability in the room type, but NOT in a single physical room. This is why they are called discontinuous stays, as they are available in different physical rooms, but belonging to the same room type. By clicking on the box, you will see the reservations involved and ZaK will propose a possible solution to assign a room to all of them.

6. Overbookings
This section is essential for monitoring the presence of any overbooking, so the excess of reservations over the real availability. By clicking on the box, you will find details of the reservations involved in the overbooking. You can also find the number of overbookings in the Dashboard, in the "Deserving Attention" section.

7. Missing Arrivals
Finally, this section displays the number of no-shows, so reservations whose check-in day has passed but you have not yet marked them as arrived. For example, if a customer is due to arrive on 28 April but I have not yet marked him as arrived on 29 April, ZaK will show it in this section.
