The "Settings & tags" section allows you to customize your customer tags and privacy settings. Let's see everything below!

Privacy
Here you can define your customers' privacy settings so that ZaK automatically deletes their personal data every X years. In the field "Automatically anonymize after", choose every how many years. If you leave "Disabled", all data will be preserved. In the field "Anonymization level", choose which data ZaK should delete:

soft: only name, surname and country will be preserved

medium: surname and country will be fully preserved. Only the initial letter of the name will be preserved (e.g.: J. Snow)
- hard: all data will be deleted
Tags
Here you will find a specific tool to classify your guests according to tags. For example, you may have celiac, VIP, business, friends, etc guests. To create a new tag, just click on the + and configure the required parameters:
- name of the tag
- icon identifying that tag
- color of the icon
- important or not (when there are more tags, the important ones will take priority)
Tags marked as important are marked with a red band, such as the 'Business' tag in the following example:
How do I assign tags? Where can I find them once assigned?
1. Reservation detail
Once created the tags, you can assign them to your customers from the reservation detail. Just click on the grey icon next to the booker name on the top left and choose the tag:

If one or more tags have already been assigned, you will see them next to his name. You can click on them to remove or add others:

In the same way, you can also add or remove tags from the customer registration card:
3. Customers search
The tags assigned to your guests can be used to filter the customers search. For example, if you only want to search for business customers and their reservations, click on the FILTERS button and choose the tag "Business":

4. Reception
Also in the Reception section you can add new guest tags or view already assigned ones:

5. YouBook
Finally, when you enter a new reservation from YouBook and choose an already registered guest, ZaK also shows you the tags already assigned to that guest. In the following example I have chosen the guest John Snow, who already has the tag "Vip":
