ZaK - ROAT Report (Andorra)

    ROAT report is necessary for the Registre d'Ocupació d'Allotjaments Turístics in Andorra. More details on this report below:

    • it only includes check-ins (while not check-outs)
    • it includes both national and foreign guests
    • it includes guests who are at least 16 years old
    • each guest is only sent once

    In order to generate reports, you must have subscribed to the PII package and configured the appropriate section:


    Once configured, you have three possibilities for sending the Report:

    • Manual: ZaK allows you to download and save the file on your computer. You will then need to access Roat to upload the file manually.
    • Semi-Automatic: ZaK allows you to check the customer data before sending, and then confirm the sending, which will be done by ZaK.
    • Automatic: Starting from a certain time, ZaK checks if you have had arrivals/departures and automatically generates and sends the file to Roat with arrived/departed guests. Enabling the automatic mode, ZaK will start sending the reports from yesterday's date.


    Manual sending


    You can download the file from the specific section, you can reach it by clicking on the icon on the top right and then on "Pii":



    Here you only have to enter the date for which you want to generate the report and then click on REFRESH. ZaK will now show you the guests ready for sending and you can click on MAKE in the "Send Area":




    And then on "CHECK STATUS":



    You'll find now the "EXPORT" button to download the report, save it in your computer and upload it manually on Roat:



    Semi-automatic sending


    You can generate the report from the specific section mentioned above. Here, after choosing the date, you will find the "SEND" button in the "Send Area". You should make sure that you have completed the data for all guests, or that you have excluded guests with incomplete data that you do not want to send. Then click on "SEND" and ZaK will send the report to Roat:




    Automatic sending


    In this case you don't need to do anything, ZaK will take care of everything! You will receive an email notification only in case of errors or problems (if in the settings you have enabled this).

    With the automatic mode, ZaK will try to send the report from 18:00 until 02:00.

    NB: If the data of some guests are incomplete, ZaK will NOT send any guest. It will wait for you to complete the data of all guests and then send them. If at 02:00 you have not yet completed the data of all guests, ZaK will only send those with complete data. Incomplete guests will be sent with the next day's report (if you'll have completed them).
