ZaK - Feedback Report

To get this report, you must first configure feedback in the section below, following the specific documentation:

In this way your customers, only after the check out, will be able to give a review for their stay at your property.

You can view a report of all your feedback by clicking on the icon on the top right and then on "Customer Feedback":



You will now see all the feedback left by your guests:



Feedback reply and approval


Click on "Open details" to view all information related to that feedback: remark, reservation, guest, type of traveller, etc.

If you wish to reply to the feedback, write your response in the "Property reply" field. You can then approve that feedback (), reject it () or keep it pending, awaiting review (). Therefore, if you do not enable an automatic approval threshold, you can still proceed manually:



If you chose a status or entered a reply, you will also be able to see it from the page with all feedback, as the specific icons will be highlighted and coloured:



Feedback filters


At the top right you will find the button to search for feedback and apply filters:



Apply as many filters as you wish, including the customer's name. By typing in a name, Zak will suggest all customers already in the system with that name. Finally click on GO to start the search:


Feedback in the Booking Engine


Finally, we remind you that, if you use the Zak Booking Engine, all the approved Feedbacks will be displayed on the top right, as in the picture below.
On the other hand, pending or rejected feebdack will only be visible to you and your staff.
