ZaK F.A.Q. - How to access the details of a reservation?

For each reservation is assigned an identification code composed of the customer's initials and a progressive number (i.e. GA-0001).

After creating a new reservation, by clicking on the code you can access the reservation details page.

By clicking on the reservation detail you can: modify the length of stay, record customers and payments, add extras, issue invoices or receipts, and more.

Several sections of ZaK allow you to view the reservation codes and, so, access the details page.


1. Latest Reservations

2. Reservations > Search


From the reservation search page, you can search and view stays and click on the specific code:

3. Reservations > Reception


In the Reception section you can view all check-in, check-out and in-house reservations with their codes:

4. Reservations > Rack


From the Rack page you can view the reservations and, by clicking on them, you will also find their codes:

5. Reservations > Planner


On the Planner you find all your reservations, clicking on them you can see their codes:

6. Search band


If you already know the code of a reservation or the name of a customer, you can type it into the search band at the top right and press enter on your keyboard:


This way ZaK will find reservations with that code:




7. Reservations > zView


Finally, also from the zView section you can view your reservations and, by clicking on them, their code:

The 7 sections mentioned above are only the main ones from which you can access your reservations detail. In addition to these, there are also other sections from which you can access it, such as the Payments section or the Documents section. In general: wherever a reservation is shown, you will always find the specific clickable code.
