In ZaK, reservations with outstanding balances can be identified from various sections of the system.
Identification in the Planner/zView
Reservations with at least a portion of their total payment remaining are displayed in the Planner and zView marked in red (by default, but editable).
This allows for quick detection of outstanding balances directly from the daily operational view.
Alert in “Deserving attention ”
In the alerts box on the Home page, under Deserving attention, you will be notified if there are reservations with outstanding payments that have already checked out within the last 7 days.
This section allows you to prioritize actions on reservations that should have been paid.
“Balance” Section
ZaK has a specific section called Balance, within Payments, where all reservations in the system are listed along with important information related to their total price, payments, and invoices, among other data.
From this view, you can:
See the total amount of each reservation.
View recorded payments.
Identify if the reservation has an outstanding balance.
Verify if the reservation has been invoiced.

This section also includes filters that allow you to adjust the display according to your review needs.
