A new section “Vacation Rental” has been added to the main menu, located after the zCRM quote generator. This module is specifically designed for Property Managers (also known as PMs) to manage third-party-owned apartment rentals, with full support for property owners, legal compliance (including DAC 7), and financial allocations between owners and Property Managers.

Centralized messaging with Airbnb and Booking.com, mapped per accommodation. Choose channels and communicate from a dedicated interface (Booking support coming soon).

DAC 7 Reporting
Generate and review annual XML files for submission to the Italian tax authority. Includes tools for data validation and requires the property manager's PEC.

Reservation Detail Enhancements
In the reservations details for bookings that include Vacation Rental-enabled apartments, new fields have been added, such as cleaning costs (automatically populated but still editable manually), accommodation owner commissions (also editable manually), commission reports at the accommodation level, and contracts that are automatically linked or added manually.
Additionally, Vacation Rental is fully compatible with the multi-room tag system for the Booking Engine widgets.
Changes to the City Tax
In the section dedicated to City Taxes, Property Managers can set rules for calculating City Taxes for one or more properties together, based on the rules imposed by the location (whether by city, region, or province)
