A brand new "Vacation Rental" section has been added to the main menu, positioned after zCRM. This module is specifically designed for property managers (or PMs) for the administration of apartments owned by third parties, with full support for ownership structures, legal compliance (including DAC 7), and financial breakdowns.

Centralized messaging with Airbnb and Booking.com, mapped per accommodation. Choose channels and communicate from a dedicated interface (Booking support coming soon).

DAC 7 Reporting
Generate and review annual XML files for submission to the Italian tax authority. Includes tools for data validation and requires the property manager's PEC.

Reservation Detail Enhancements
In reservations that include apartments dedicated to Vacation Rental, new fields have been added that include cleaning costs (auto-filled), accommodation-level commission reports, and auto-linked or manually added contracts.
Bonus: Fully compatible with the Online Reception’s multi-room tag system for widgets
