It may happen that you have a reservation with several rooms, each with one or more registered guests. And you need to move one of these guests to another room, within the same reservation. The procedure is very simple!
In the following example, I have a reservation with two rooms. In one room there is the guest Rossi Mario, and in the other one there are the guests Rossi Anita and Dini Massimo:
However, I have mistakenly entered Rossi Anita, who will actually be staying in the other room. So I need to move her.
In this case, from the reservation detail you need to access the Registration Page by clicking on the specific button:

Next to each guest you will find the icon , which you can click to choose where to move the guest:
To confirm that I want to move the guest to that room, I only have to click the arrow icon to confirm:
ZaK will then carry out the move you choose. Now the guest Rossi Anita has been moved to the other room:
